(Recordeu que no s\u2019ha d\u2019abusar de res, s\u2019ha de menjar de tot i variat!). \ud83c\udf4a\ud83c\udf4b\ud83c\udf49\ud83c\udf45\ud83c\udf53\ud83e\udd55<\/span><br \/>\n<span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Disminuir la ingesta de l\u00e0ctics, ja que fomenten la inflamaci\u00f3 i la producci\u00f3 de mucositat.
