Demanem que es respectin les <\/span><b>mesures higi\u00e8niques personals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per tal de poder gaudir entre tots de l\u2019espai. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Portar <\/span><b>roba c\u00f2moda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i una manta o tovallola per posar sobre la m\u00e0rfega.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Portar <\/span><b>mitjons de recanvi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per no utilitzar els de carrer durant l\u2019activitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es recomana arribar una mica abans de l\u2019hora per poder comen\u00e7ar puntuals i, en cas d\u2019arribar tard, <\/span><b>mireu de no fer soroll<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per respectar els companys que ja estiguin a la sala o fent ter\u00e0pia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es prega no menjar xiclet durant la classe. Tanmateix recomanem no menjar durant l\u2019hora anterior de l\u2019inici de l\u2019activitat per facilitar la comoditat de la pr\u00e0ctica.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deixa el rellotge a fora.
